Happy Wednesday! Off to London tomorrow morning for a few days of British merriment, and terribly excited about it. So much so that I'm using the word "terribly." Okay, and "merriment."

I am in a very, incredibly bizarre position in that the first job I ever got hired for was, accidentally, the only Dream Job I ever remember wanting.

This is a two-week online bootcamp program designed to put you back in control of your job search, and it starts on May 31st.

I'm pretty good about being as transparent as humanly possible with the #entrylevelboss crew (that would be you), so I want to tell you how this whole Academy thing came about.

It's 79F and I am angstily* crawling through my to-do list before I absolutely, definitely, completely shut it down and head to the pool for the rest of the afternoon.

One of the things I already successfully checked off my list was shipping off a quick portfolio to a potential new client.

The whole ordeal took approximately four minutes, after which I high-fived myself profusely for having a current portfolio at the ready. It was as easy as hyperlinking one sentence. Send. Bam. Done.
